Committees & Volunteers
Ponca City Main Street is powered by volunteers. Join a committee and help shape downtown.
The Main Street program operates through four standing committees — each focused on a different aspect of downtown revitalization. Committee members meet regularly, contribute their skills, and help organize events and initiatives throughout the year.
Economic Vitality Committee
Assists business owners in economic development, maintains marketability of the district, and promotes it as a relocation and expansion site for prospective businesses.
Design Committee
Improves the physical and visual structure of downtown. Provides consultation and guidance on architectural and historic preservation projects.
Promotion Committee
Plans and executes special events and activities — Ladies Night, Crazy Days, Goblins on Grand, Ice on the Plaza, and more — to build community spirit and support retail.
Organization Committee
Handles communication, volunteer and leadership development, community outreach, and fundraising to support the program's financial base.
