State-Recognized Cultural District
Grand Arts District
A vibrant cultural district woven into the streets, alleys, and storefronts of downtown Ponca City — supported by the Oklahoma Arts Council since 2017.
What Is the Grand Arts District?
Established in 2017 as part of the Oklahoma Arts Council's Cultural District Initiative, the Grand Arts District is a state-recognized arts and culture hub in the heart of downtown Ponca City. The district stretches along Grand Avenue and the surrounding blocks, where public art is embedded into the fabric of everyday life.
